Acne breakouts occurring on the day of the prom itself or on the night of his first date is definitely a nightmare for any teenager who’s trying to survive as a young adult and a child, all at the same time.  The physical and emotional toll of teenage acne can significantly affect the lives and self–worth of most teenagers who are in constant need of acceptance by their peers and family.  Although controlling teenage acne seems like a superficial and temporary way to increase one’s self–esteem, acne cure and control is a great deal to most adolescents.
