Pregnancy can be one of the most wonderful times of your life, but it can also bring you a lot of issues that you had no idea you were going to have to deal with. Hormonal changes have a lot to do with these issues, and can cause much discomfort along the way. One of the issues that hormones can cause is skin problems such as pregnancy acne. Many pregnant women had no idea that this would even be happening, especially as an adult. The truth, however, is that pregnancy acne is actually very common. The good news is that there are things that you can do about it to lessen the problem, and that it usually goes away shortly after the baby is born.
